Rules and conditions

1. The owner of the Internet shop "Ponoka Trading Post" is the company:

called further "Ponoka".

2. Orders might be placed using the order form, as well as by phone Nr 510 220 530 or e-mail: czarek@ponoka.pl

3. Ponoka reserves the right not to realize questionable orders.

4. Buyer is obliged to leave a phone number and e-mail address under which the order might be confirmed.

5. Order forms filled with errors will not be realized.

6. Orders might be placed 24 hours a day all year long. Orders placed on business days after 4 pm, during weekends and banking holidays will be examined on the next business day. Ponoka works from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.

7. Orders that cannot be confirmed within 5 days will be deleted.

8. In case of possible price changes Ponoka will immediately inform Clients and ask for acceptance. While the price finds no acceptance, the order will not be realized.

9. When the ordered item is not on stock, the client is automaticly informed about it and on wish about the term of delivery. In case of willingness to purchase goods, which are currently missing, please send an approval for an extended delivery time (3-4 weeks).

10. Prices of all products in "Ponoka Trading Post" are in Polish currency PLN and include VAT tax.

11. On request Ponoka issues a bill of sale on the date of shipment.

12. Ponoka organizes shipment of items by Poczta Polska to the address indicated in order form.

13. The whole amount for bought items and shipment fee should be transferred to the bank account before shipment.

14. All payments should be transferred to the bank account number:

with description including the order number.

Once money is on bank account the order goes into realization.

15. Reclamations connected with mechanical damages that occurred during transportation, will be considered only after checking goods in presence of forwarder. The condition to accept the reclamation will be preparation of delivery protocol signed by a postman or courier

16. Term of delivery is 3-10 business days from the date of order confirmation, if not agreed otherwise between Client and Ponoka.

17. Shipment costs depend on the weight and size of ordered items (following the pricelist of Poczta Polska). Shipment cost is indicated in order form.

18. In case of reclamation you should contact Ponoka immediately and deliver to the seat of Ponoka the damaged item together with bill of sale and detailed description of the situation the damage occurred. Client covers the shipment costs for delivery of damaged items to Ponoka. All others shipment costs connected with delivery of item back to Client covers Ponoka, except when the reclamation is null and void.

19. In case of defective or incomplete items Ponoka guarantees to exchange defective item to new one under condition that such a defect is reported to Ponoka within 30 days from receipt of item. When the reclamation is null or defect of item was caused by user, all costs covers the Client

20. We sell high quality items; however, Client might resign from the item and send it back to ponoka within 10 days after receipt. The resignation is possible only when the item is in original wrapping, not opened and not used, together with bill of sale. Ponoka guarantees the return of the paid price, but not shipment fee. The item with visible marks of opening or usage will be sent back to Client at Client’s expense.

21. Ponoka will not collect any shipping sent at its cost, unless otherwise agreed.

The offer in the shop does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code, it is only an invitation to negotiate (according to art. 71 kc).
